The terms and conditions page allows you to read the conditions that are in place in order for us to be able to supply you good in a safe and appropriate manner. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders. you should understand that by placing an order with us you are bound by the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Service availability
Our service is only attended for the people of the United Kingdom. Any orders that are placed outside the United Kingdom will not be accepted.
Your agreement
By placing an order through our site, you agree that:
- you are in a legally binding contract
- you are above 18 old
- you are a resident in the United Kingdom
The contract between the seller and buyer is formed when the buyer places and order and receives confirmation that the order has been received and any follow up questions will be placed before the order is accepted.
If the goods you have ordered are no longer in stock, discontinued, or if we are unable to deliver within 100 days then the seller will inform the buyer and no contract will be formed between the seller and buyer.
if we are unable to supply the product and the payment has already been made then the buyers account will be refunded or re-credited with the sum paid by the buyer. The seller will not be obliged to compensate for any disappointment that may have occurred.
Third party sellers
we may provide links to our website in other companies whether they are combined with us or not. we cannot give any assurance for the goods that you have purchased from other companies. The seller will not be obliged to offer any compensation for any disappointment that has been suffered.
Costumer rights
if a customer wishes to cancel after receiving good for the following reasons:
- wrong size
- wrong colour
- wrong design
- do not fit for any reason
then a charge for delivery and collection will occur. Any additional delivery charges paid are non- refundable.
you cannot cancel any contracts where the supply of items is clearly made to your specifications and was clearly specialised for your satisfaction.
please be aware that images on our website will be accurate as possible but shades of colours may change due to lighting difference. Any extra objects that are present in the images will not likely be included in the product. if you have any concerns or are not sure what is included in the item, please contact us for information before placing the order.
Refunds may only be issued via bank credit, bank transfer or PayPal payments.
Risk and Payment
prices of goods are stated on the website, except in cases of obvious error.
prices include VAT costs but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added to cart. prices will be liable to change at any time, but changes will not occur to orders that have already been confirmed.
our site contains a large number of items and it will always be possible that the actual price of the product may be higher or lower than the actual price. if we cannot fix the price during the order confirmation or after the order will be rejected and any money spent will be returned.
payments must be either made by PayPal, credit or debit card. your PayPal, debit or credit card will be charged once the order has been placed.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be confirmed once order has been placed. Instore pick up is always available and free delivery is only available for surrounding areas
Deliveries will only be given to the front door; items will not be taken inside the house and fitting is not available unless pre-arranged and within our fitting area range.
items will usually be delivered between 1,2 or 3 weeks depending on the item concerned and shipping charges.
Delivery will take place at the shipping address provided.
Delivery will only take place when you are in and will require a signature. Delivery will not be passed to a neighbour or left in a safe place. if you are not available when the delivery arrives the package will be shipped back and you will have to pick from store or pay for the shipping to occur again. A charge will also occur for a failed delivery attempt of £49.
please ensure that you double check the sizes and dimensions before placing an order. if it doesn’t fit there will be a £60 charge to take back the product and to deliver a new one.
Our refunds and returns policy
You are entitled to a refund within 7 working days after the items have been delivered to your home. The return request must be sent in written or by email with a valid reason for return. we will then process the return and arrange for delivery to bring the item. You must ensure that the item is in the original packaging or the return will not be accepted.
If the original packaging is not present on the item a refund will still be issued but 50% of the price will be reduced as well as shipping costs. You may also be required t return the items by your own delivery method if you do not have the original packaging.
you will receive your refund the same way that you made the payment.
Unwanted goods/wrongly ordered
items will be charged at £79 per item if you want to return the item for having wrongly ordered and longer want the item. If you wish to exchange then the cost will be £69 per item. All goods must be returned in original packaging.
All the firmness ratings advertised on our site for mattresses are given by us and are determined between the different types of mattresses on our site. if the mattress is not the quality that you expected then a collection fee will be applicable of £79 per item.
Damaged or faulty goods
Damages must be reported between 0-48 hours after the product has been delivered. Please check the packages before signing for delivery as once you have signed means that you accept the item is in good condition.
if any package has any kind of damage on them, then sign the delivery note as damaged and refuse the delivery.
if you have already signed for the goods and then notice any damage or defect a £39 charge will be applicable for redelivery of the faulty parts/items.
customer care after sales queries regarding any issues must be received wither by email and post.
if a product is damaged in order to identify the damaged part correctly, we will request images if the damage and packaging in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
if it is deemed that the damage is due to customer misuse then the seller will not be liable to replace/repair the damaged item.
Under no circumstances will the item be exchanged or returned once assembled, tampered with, modified, drilled or damaged through misuse, once you have signed for the items and accepted, they are in good condition and they will not be able to replace.
under no circumstances will a mattress that has been slept on be replaced, refund or exchanged.

- small single 2ft 6in/76cm
- double 4ft 6inches/ 135cm
- small double 4ft/120cm
- king size 5ft/ 150cm
- super king size 6ft/180cm
please make sure that the size you pick will fit your room and that there is enough space on the staircase to be able to carry the bed up to the room you require. if you need any advice or help, please ring us and let us know.
Our liability
we assure that any goods purchased by us through our site are of satisfactory quality and are reasonably fit for the purpose they are supplied for.
our liability for the loses you may suffer as a result of you breaking the contract is strictly limited to the price of the product. losses are not evident until either the seller or buyer breaks the contract once the order has been accepted.
Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions on this page represent the entire agreement between the seller and buyer and supersedes anything that is written either in Oral or written.
we understand that by you placing the order with us through our website you have entered the contract and the negotiations are written in the terms and conditions
Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
we will tend to rely on the terms and conditions explicit in this contract if we suspect that the buyer is trying to breach the conditions that have been laid forth.
